Congress Leaders to Unveil Manifesto Amid Election Strategy Talks in Jaipur

The Congress party, gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, is set to unveil its manifesto on April 6 at a public gathering in Jaipur. The announcement was made by Congress state president Govind Singh Dostara, confirming the presence of party stalwarts Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi during the manifesto release event.

During a Congress meeting focused on Lok Sabha election strategy, discussions revolved around the preparations for the Jaipur public meeting. Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, the party’s Rajasthan in-charge, provided insights into the agenda and logistics of the manifesto launch, emphasizing the enthusiasm among the people regarding the party’s election promises.

Key leaders including former chief minister Ashok Gehlot and Congress state president Govind Singh Dostara allocated responsibilities to party leaders and workers, gearing up for a robust campaign leading to the Lok Sabha elections. Randhawa expressed confidence in the public’s turnout for the Jaipur meeting, highlighting growing awareness among voters about the incumbent government’s actions during its tenure.

Meanwhile, the Congress state president criticized the BJP government, accusing it of misleading the public. Dostara lambasted the saffron party leaders for what he perceived as a lack of substantive action during their term. He pointed out that the BJP government’s activities seemed limited to tours, speeches, and rhetorical gestures, alleging a failure to deliver meaningful results.

The decision to release the manifesto in the presence of top leadership signals the Congress party’s intent to showcase its vision and policy agenda for the upcoming elections.
